My Story

I'm Lalisha Williams, a Christian blogger and the founder of 'Redeemed By Love.'

I am originally from The Bronx, New York City, and having lived in various states as a military child, my journey has been one guided by faith and unexpected twists. From North Carolina to Springfield, Missouri, and now Tennessee, each move has been orchestrated by God, leading me to this moment where I eagerly share my story with you.

At first, writing wasn't something I considered. I began journaling and it's there that, I discovered a passion for writing. Whether in one of my many notebooks or on my phone, I found comfort in journaling — a safe space for me to be vulnerable with God. In 2021, I started this platform with the intention of sharing my experiences and the ways in which God has guided me. Yet, I didn't fully embrace it then. As of 2024, I stand firm and more devoted than ever to sharing the journey of my faith and growth entrusted to me by God.

I invite you to join me as I deepen my relationship with God, sharing both triumphs and challenges along the way. Through heartfelt messages inspired by God, I aim to inspire and uplift you in your own journey.

Before we journey together, can I pray for you?

Lord,

I humbly thank you for each individual reading this, Psalms 23:1 (KJV) says, "The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want."As our shepherd, we know that you will guide and protect us. I ask that you place a hedge of protection around them, as they travel to and from each day.  Jesus, keep your hand upon their minds that they will not fall into depression nor battle with anxiety. Cover them in your precious blood! Bless them with the endurance to stand when they may face tests and trials. Lord, will you help them to be good stewards of the things you bless them with. May you fill them with boldness and confidence, that they may be ready to speak in the rooms you are calling them to walk in. Lord,  I pray that as they read these words - may they be reminded of your love for them and that you have not forgotten about them. Help them to know that you have their best intentions at heart, God.

I pray that if there is someone reading this who may not know you, that they will come to know you as their savior, Jesus Christ ( Romans 10:9).

In Jesus name, I pray

Amen

Join me as we explore the world together, one post at a time.

Forever Grateful,

Lalisha
